How much do you charge?

Our charges consist of a terminal rental fee for every terminal you order and a commission on every transaction you process through our machines. Terminal rental starts from £125 per month, reconciliation starts at £125 per site and processing commissions starts from 2.5%.

How much notice do you need to get terminals to my project?

We generally need 24 hours’ notice – however, if terminals are ordered late in the day or over a weekend, this may be increased to 48 hours.

How much notice do I need to give you to terminate my rental?

None. Terminal rental fees are paid monthly in advance, so you can cancel at any time with no additional fees or charges. We only charge commissions on the transactions processed, so as soon as you stop using the terminals, you stop paying commission.

How often do you pay funds over to me?

We pay funds weekly. Generally, our team will reconcile all receipts between Monday – Sunday for any given week, with a reconciliation provided and funds transferred on the following Wednesday (this is when weekend transactions clear into the bank).

When do you invoice and when do we pay?

Our commissions and any rental payments due are deducted from processed funds on a weekly basis. On the same day you get your reconciliation showing what we have deducted, you will get an invoice to back this up.

What about chargebacks?

As we only work in the insolvency sector and don’t operate any funds retention, our letter of engagement contains an indemnity for the business in administration or receivership to reimburse us for any chargebacks that we are not able to defend. We will always defend chargebacks robustly, but in the event that one is upheld, we simply send you an invoice for settlement.

Do you offer other services?
